ૐ Yoga Atma Vidya Retreat in Umbria ૐ
Studio Jyotir is pleased to invite you to the Easter Yoga Atma Vidya Retreat which will take place at Eremito, www.eremito.com during the Easter long weekend. Eremito is a unique mystical place immersed in the majesty of the Umbrian valleys. The workshop will be dedicated to the re-discovery and enhancement of one’s own inner resources, attuning to the quiet and calm of the surrounding nature and the spirituality that Eremito evokes. We will immerse ourselves in daily practices of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation (seated and itinerant) as well as in the celebration of Mantras.
The thematic core underlying the seminar is Atma Vidya, the spiritual knowledge manifested through the soul language. Grounding on our mats, observing one’s own breath and harmonizing mental fluctuations through Meditation, Atma Vidya will nourish our soul, accompanying us in the poetry of the yogic journey.
